1. Product Application and General Requirements

The KSNH-400 series leak detector is a fully automatic mobile helium mass spectrometer leak detector with a silent wheel design, suitable for use in many demanding industries. It adopts the principles of helium mass spectrometry and reverse diffusion, utilizes a 180° non-uniform magnetic field and fully automatic control technology, and realizes automatic helium peak scanning, automatic calibration and automatic range switching. It features short startup time, fast calculation speed, high detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.

2. Performance Characteristics

  • Unique gas path design to prevent dust from entering the interior of the instrument.
  • Multi-mode function input and output for easy connection to various automation equipment.
  • Double iridium ribbon ion source with strong oxidation resistance and long service life.
  • Effective separation of machinery and circuits to avoid mutual interference from temperature, electromagnetic fields, etc., making the leak detector operate more stably and reliably.
